We believe that a good feedback service encourages dialogue between people who are not acquainted.
If you are a Renter, you can inform other renters that you enjoyed your holiday in the self catering property you rented.
If you are an Owner, you can inform other owners on how pleasant it was to let your property to a certain person or family unknown to you up to then.
By submitting a Feedback you encourage people to treat others with respect and as they would like to be treated themselves.
» What's a Feedback Profile?
A Feedback profile is a clear assessment of the property written by a Renter who found that the description of the property on the site corresponded to the truth and that the owner was meticulous, correct, punctual, etc.
Feedback suggestions
• After your self catering holiday, always leave a Feedback comment with your opinion on the property you rented, so that other people can benefit from your experience.
• A high number of Feedbacks and, of course, of positive feedbacks is considered to be a very good indication.
» Entering a Feedback
Users can express their evaluations in the Feedback Area. To do so, you have to:
• access your personal area with USERNAME and PASSWORD
• click on FEEDBACK
Select a blank feedback, complete it and send it as soon as possible.
It is not mandatory to express a feedback comment, however, doing so within 30 days entitles you to access promotions.
Feedbacks, either about properties or renters, will permanently be part of the users or property profile.
» Reading a feedback
An Owner can view feedbacks when he receives an enquiry from a prospective Renter.
A Renter can view feedbacks about a property in the "Search result" and in the "Property details" areas.
» Feedback misuse
Before publication on the site, all feedbacks are carefully checked by our staff. Naturally we do not publish any feedback that is vulgar, blasphemous, racist, obscene; with pictures, script or link of any type; containing information apt to identify other users, such as real names, addresses, telephone numbers or e-mail addresses.
» Right of Reply
Negative feedbacks can be answered within 30 days and will only be published after the right of reply has been excercised, or, in any case, after 30 days.
False feedbacks will not be published, as our technology allows us to identify and condemn them.We shall suspend from publication the property of Owners attempting to improve their image by submitting a positive feedback about their own accommodation. |
