LOCATION
The apartment is located in Appio, a quarter next to the city center. You will stay in a quiet and trimly house with 4 floors. You will live in the 3rd floor, an elevator doesn`t exist. You will find the roman subway - called “Metropolitana” - 350 meters away. The station is called “Colli Albani”, there you can get in and get off. You can take the bus at the bus stop, which is only 50 meters away from the door of your house. 800 meters far you can take a train which arrive and depart at the railway station FF.SS “Tuscolana”; 350 meters away you can catch a cab at the cabstand. The house is located in a very important commercial center which includes the Via Appia going to San Giovanni and a shopping street about 3 kilometers, directly behind the house.!

APARTMENT
The apartment is a renovated one room flat about 35 m², supplied with furniture and appliances including a king-size bed and a couch to sleep, also comfortable for children. The sleeping area is furnished by a breakfront, the day area by a couch, a table including 4 chairs and a TV. In the kitchen exists a oven, a fridge and a freezer. A shower, a toilet and bidet and a washing machine will be yours in the bathroom. At the balcony you have a view over the basilica. The door is closed by key security.

SERVICE
The price includes the utilization of sheets, bath towels, towels for bath and kitchen, pots and pans, washing machine, TV and a hair dryer.
The bed coverings will be changed weekly. The house invites you to make known the really roman life because of it`s beautiful location.
As already written there are a lot of shops next to you. You have the disposial between 3 supermarkets, a pharmacy, some banks, a cinema, a pub, a drink cabinet, internetpoint, a italian coffee bar, a lot of pizzeria, restaurants, fitness center, old parks and public gardens.
Please note, it is forbidden to bring animals with you. It is also forbidden to smoke in the complete house. If you like use your balcony…
SIGHTS NEXT to YOU
Going along the street you will arrive at the beautiful Parco della Caffarella. This public garden brings you to the archaeological funds of the street Via Appia antica, the oldest street of the city. This public garden is located outside of the Porta S. Sebastiano. In 200 hectare you can find the beauty of Triopio di Erode Attico, the temple of S. Urbano, the cave of nymph Egeria, the tomb of Annia Regilla and along the street Via Appia the tomb of Cecilia Metella and the roman catacombs.
If you take the bus you will arrive at the church San Giovanni in Laterano and at Santa Croce in Gerusalemme, one of the 7 pilgrim churchs. By subway you can reach the Vatican. The famous Colosseo or the big railway station is attainably in only 15 minutes, comfortably by bus.

AIRPORT "LEONARDO DA VINCI" (Fiumicino).
You can get the train named “Leonardo Express”. This train brings you directly to the roman railway station “Termini”.
AIRPORT "CIAMPINO"
You can arrive at this airport by public means of transport. The airportshuttle brings you to the railwaystation “Termini” or to the subway stop “Anagnina”. The prices are respectively 6 and 1 Euro.
RAILWAY STATION "TERMINI"
You arrive by subway to the house. You have to get the line A with direction “Anagnina”. Leaving at “Colli Albani” you arrive at the house in 7 minutes.
If you like, you can also arrive by cab. Take one of them comfortably at the big parking space in front of the station.
CAR
Take the exit 23 Appia at the G.R.A – Grande Raccordo Anulare, and follow the traffic sign to the center. Follow the course of Via Appia for 8 kilometers.
