Villa on two levels situated in a private park, and at only 10 minutes to the beach. Entrance hall, large living room, 4 bedrooms, 1 small bedroom, 4 bathrooms, kitchen, garden and large terrace, etc. This is the ideal place choice for a family deciding to pass sea holidays and/or relaxing holidays in a tranquil place.
Outdoor description:
The Villa has an independent entrance with a gate (see photo), and a large patio with garden where it is possible to have lunch outdoor and use the available BBQ for our guests and, of course, to relax on the comfortable garden chairs.
Indoor description:
Through the main door you enter the hall which is directly linked to the large living room furnished with two couches, two 4 and 8 seats dining tables (see photo), in another room you will find a complete kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, washing machine, cutlery/pots, etc. The heating is electric or gas fuelled. On the same floor there is a little room with a single bed and a small service toilet with basin. A total of 8 beds capacity with the possibility to add an extra one.
An indoor staircase leads you to the upper floor where you will find two large double bedrooms with wardrobe and drawer, two bedrooms with 2 single beds each and a drawer, two bathrooms with baths and showers. On the same floor there is a little terrace from which it is possible to go to a large terrace.
Attractions: you can find many attractions on the island, at only 500 metres away, you can visit the famous “La Mortella” gardens, it is also possible to book excursions and walks in the “Pineta” (Park) and visit beautiful places such as “Punta Caruso” and “La Baia di San Montano” where you can see breathtaking sunsets. At only 10 minutes you can there is “S.Francesco” beach with its “Lidos” and typical restaurant. 20 minutes far from the villa, there is “Cetara’s” beach, “Poseidon’s” gardens with its renowned spas, natural saunas, etc. and also “Forio” and “Lacco Ameno” full of restaurants, cafes, bars, hairdressers, typical shops and shopping centres.
Distance: from the sea it is just 10 minutes on foot, 1,5 Km. Access with a car is through a city council’s road.

When you arrive in Campania, you can reach our island from Napoli Molo Beverello's or Mergellina's or Pozzuoli's port.
From Molo Beverello you can catch hydrofoils but also boats - Lauro or Caremar companies - which allow you travel by car.
Mergellina's port is the second port of the city, but from there only hydrofoils leave, to Procida/Casamicciola (SNAV) and to Ischia (Lauro). So no car available.
Pozzuoli's port is only for boats to Ischia, Procida e Casamicciola. Its position (nearer to Ischia) makes profitable the trasport, as for the costs as for the shorter journey, for who travels by car.
