Our purpose is to promote contacts between Renters and Owners and to simplify costs; this is why www.1001holidayhouses.com is one of the very few websites in the world offering a choice between two contracts and payment formulae: Commission on rent or Annual subscription (12 months).
We are an enthusiastic team with different backgrounds in fact some of us have experience in the Tourist Trade, others in Real Estate, Web and Web Marketing, Human Resources. Here is a brief history of this venture.

• 2005 February	We conceive the dea and start developing the Business Plan.
• 2005 April	The project takes shape and we outline the partnership
• 2005 September	We study and develop the business plan.
• 2005 November	We work on the strategies and plan the commercial and operative marketing.
• 2005 December	We start building the Portal
• 2006 May	Further planning on development and launching
• 2006 June	Work continues on the portal with improvements, variations small changes..
• 2007 January	The partnership is operative, the site is published and .. we are ONLINE!
